    All items are subject to availability. Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

    We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards. All payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store or process card details.

  6. Returns & Refunds

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
EU customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day they receive their order.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Non-EU Customers
We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the EU, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.If you encounter an issue, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of both the item and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Worldwide)
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will either replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
